Terms of use and cancellation

We appreciate your choice to stay with us. To ensure a clear and fair experience for both our guests and ourselves, please find below our cancellation policy:


Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance: You may cancel your reservation without any penalty. A full refund of the amount paid will be issued.

Cancellations made between 7 and 1 day before arrival: A penalty equivalent to 50% of the total reservation amount will be applied.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival or no-shows: No refund will be issued.


We recommend reviewing your stay dates before confirming your booking to avoid unnecessary charges. If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible so we can manage the accommodation availability efficiently.


House Rules

  • Guests must present a valid ID upon arrival.
  • Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. If you need to arrive earlier, please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
  • Check-out must be completed by 11:00 a.m.
  • Children under 2 years old stay free of charge. A crib is available upon request.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Parties and events are not permitted.
  • Please respect the building’s community rules and avoid making noise between 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m
